bisexual people aren’t more likely to cheat in relationships but we are more likely to cheat at cards, while lesbians are most likely to cheat at jenga, and genderqueer people often cheat at mario kart

how the fuck do you cheat at jenga

If you wanted to eat somebody you could put a fire up under it and slow roast them.

… three. Three types of people.

i find it funny that “i like big butts” has always been a well-liked song, but as soon as Nicki Minaj samples it and shows off her amazing ass in a video, suddenly OH MY GOD WHAT A SLUT PUT THAT AWAY

like, it’s okay for a guy to talk about how much he loves butts
but it’s not okay for women to love their own butts

funny how that works

Behind the Scenes of “All About That Bass” +

How are skinny girls supposed to feel love when your song is about loving only fat bodies?

I’m sorry, but how are fat girls supposed to feel when every advertisement, be it on television or in a magazine, when nearly every movie, shows only thin women? I am completely against body shaming, but the fact remains that there is very little positive representation for bigger girls. Thin women are considered the norm and are far more accepted and you see them everywhere you look in the media. So please, don’t take this the wrong way, but please just let me have a song that makes me, for once, feel good about my body.

ive also noticed that people always focus on one particular line of this song which apparently makes it “skinny shaming”

image

but nobody ever acknowledges the following lines?

image

the main theme of the song is giving love to larger women because larger women are so commonly shamed for their bodies, ignored by the media and generally given less love and acceptance than thinner women, but the song in its entirety is a message that all women are beautiful. People are failing to acknowledge that

also just. our entire culture is based around skinny people. every advert you see is for, starring, and about skinny people, or about making fat people skinny. there isn’t a place in our culture for fat people who are proud, there isn’t a ‘beautiful’ for fat people. there’s ‘you’re beautiful even though you’re fat’ or ‘you’re not /that/ fat’. there is no ‘fat and beautiful’ or ‘fat /is/ beautiful’. there is only fat being a problem to fix. so don’t go getting all pissy because one fat lady wanted to make some of us feel almost okay about the bodies we have.

Fox spent much of its VMA coverage questioning Beyonce’s ability to promote feminism while being "extremely sexual."

Megyn Kelly labeled Beyonce’s message and lyrics as “skanky,” while a FoxNews.com article claimed the singer “seemed to ensure her behind was the focus on each song, all the while educating young viewers about feminism.”

On The Five, Fox hosts suggested “she’s auditioning for a future husband,” and Greg Gutfeld announced that ”the greatest thing about pop culture is convincing women that acting like strippers is empowering.”

What Fox failed to recognize is that expressing sexuality does not automatically remove a woman’s right to discuss equality. Instead, the network righteously slut-shamed Beyonce and used her performance as basis to attack feminism as a whole. In reality, such policing of women’s sexuality has harmed progress toward equality. The very same mindset has been used to dismiss women’s need to access contraception, and blame rape survivors for their own assaults.

If anyone is going to be shamed, it should be Fox and its irresponsible coverage of women’s issues.

PREACH

ahahahahahaha i hate you SO much fox news
